Areas covered are Gender , Differently abled and Generations and others Divinity also helps create awareness around D & I concepts and practices among leadership.

Divinity is into Executive Coaching for women , partnering with them to take charge of their career, manage work-life balance, create and sustain a career vision for themselves.

Moushumi Bose

Founder

Moushumi Bose , Founder of Divinity , brings greater than 20 years of experience in F&A operations and has worked with organisations like American Express, Eicher Group , IBM and Deutsche Bank group .

Moushumi has vast experience is leading large operations team in areas of Finance and Accounts vertical . She also lead the Diversity initiative for DBOI along other people engagement initiatives. In her last role in Deutsche group , she was Director and Head of Diversity.

Moushumi is also a member of the Steering Council of Nasscom (D&I) and a well known person in the D&I fraternity in India. Moushumi is an Executive Coach , certified by International Coach Academy (ICA) as a professional coach.

Moushumi, initiating a discussion on Negotiation to the SEGUE attendees in Bangalore in March 2012 .

Fast Track Professional Certification Exam

NHRD invited Moushumi to be their faculty for the participants ("Fast Track - Professional Certification Program" - to up-skill Line Managers and HR Professionals ) using experiential learning in areas Diversity and Inclusivity, Change management and Role of leadership in change.
